HR Attrition Dashboard

Developed an HR Attrition Analytics solution to identify employee turnover patterns, high-risk departments, job roles, and key drivers of attrition. The analysis evaluates employee tenure, department, job role, overtime, business travel, and job satisfaction to identify concentrated attrition hotspots. Findings revealed that attrition is highest among early-tenure employees, particularly during the first 1–3 years, with Sales and R&D representing major areas of risk. The solution translates analytical findings into targeted recommendations covering onboarding, employee engagement, workload management, compensation, career development, and travel policies, helping management move from reactive turnover reporting toward proactive employee-retention decision making.
