2.1 Purpose of Data Processing by Flexa Intel

Our Custom Visuals process data provided through the Microsoft Power BI platform or Office 365 platform and/or applications. The primary purpose is to enable the functionality of our Custom Visuals, such as rendering interactive visualizations in Microsoft Power BI (e.g., Flexa Tables).

2.2 Data Transformation

All data transformation occurs solely in the memory of your device. Flexa Intel's Custom Visuals:

• Do not store your data on our servers.
• Do not send your data to external systems.
• Do not reuse your data beyond rendering visualizations in Power BI.

2.3 Purpose of Data Processing by Google

When you use Flexa Intel through Google services, Google processes your data to provide and improve their services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. This may include analyzing your activity to personalize your experience or using technical data to troubleshoot issues.

3.1 Third-Party Sharing by Flexa Intel

Flexa Intel does not transfer or share your data with any third parties through our Custom Visuals. Your data remains secure and is only processed as needed to deliver the functionality of our tools.

3.2 Third-Party Sharing by Google

When using Google services, Google may share your data with third parties in specific circumstances, such as with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or to work with trusted partners who provide services on Google's behalf (e.g., cloud storage providers). 4.1 Personal Information Storage by Flexa Intel

Flexa Intel's Custom Visuals do not collect or store any personal information on our servers. Any data processed (e.g., during visualization rendering) remains on your device and is not retained by us.

When you use Flexa Intel through Google platforms, Google may store your data. Flexa Intel retains personal data provided during signup for the duration of your use of our services and up to 12 months after you stop using them, unless you request earlier deletion. Google's retention varies by data type, such as activity data (stored until you delete it or set automatic deletion) and Google Cloud data (stored in operational and backup systems). 5.1 Deletion Upon User Request

Within Flexa Intel: You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@flexaintel.com. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you upon completion. Within Google: You can manage and delete your data via tools like My Activity. Google typically processes deletion requests within 2 months, including a recovery period to prevent accidental data loss.

5.2 Deletion When Data Is No Longer Needed

Within Flexa Intel: We automatically delete your data when it's no longer needed for its original purpose (e.g., after you stop using our services), while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Within Google: Google deletes data when it's no longer necessary for providing services or upon your request. This process usually takes 2 months, including backup retention.
